Thank you to the publishers, but also sorry this has sat in my to be read pile for a rather long time. However, it was selected by my book group for a read in June 2020, but as yesterday was day one of the official lockdown in the UK I decided to pull it forward to occupy me and distract me to some extent from the news. So my verdict, good characters, good plot, I didn’t always feel the pace – but lets be entirely honest this could be completely my issue as today there were a million distractions. I would certainly be tempted by the next one in this series.
