Having just finished A Wanted Man last night at midnight my interest in this series was sufficient to try the second book today… this was a wise decision whilst I scored book 1 with 4 stars, this has definitely scored 5 stars.
But please note – I definitely suggest you read in order, even though each is a standalone story.
So the characters continue to grow – yet you know you need to read more from them.
The plot was excellent and the pace was superb.
So perhaps I shall move on to book 3 – The Penny Black next – well we are in UK Lockdown – so might as well read.
