I am quite sure we can all agree that our cathedrals are the most interesting and brilliant buildings in the land.
They attract locals and tourists from a far – they are however in many cases expensive to maintain and how they are used and financed is becoming flexible.
Obviously Durham Cathedral being the best of them all.
A very interesting read, perfect for a leisurely Sunday afternoon read.
