Having heard so many great reviews of this book I was very keen to read it.
At first I found the language used a little tricky to get used to but you soon warm to the young girl in the story and you are hoping as you turn each page that things improve for her.
As you get more engrossed in the novel it is very hard to put it down without continuing to read (as obviously by reading you rescue the situation).
A very good debut, I will certainly be keen to see what she writes next.
