So it is always exciting to see what she is up to when she has written something outside of this series.
The Last Girl to Die is a superb read – I have just sat and read it cover to cover – only moving for essential things like food and drink.
Great characters, fantastic plot and pace that just ensured that all the other things that should really have been dealt with have been thrown to the side for another day.
All the way through you have no idea who can be trusted, who is guilty, just how much danger is she putting herself in.
Great ending, which I did not see coming.
As always, very happy to recommend on to all crime fiction fans.
