An excellent twisty read, so many people are explored as you try and understand why the patient is refusing or is unable to speak…
Definitely a read in one sitting kind of book! I did not see the final twist coming!

Thanks to Orion Books for the review copy. The Silent Patient by Alex Michaelides is a exciting thriller with an ending that’s impossible to guess. The book is set in a psychiatric hospital for the main part and I found that an interesting setting with some very intriguing inmates. As well as the strong characterization throughout, there was a well developped plot with a truly shock ending. Looking forward to the next one!
