A Rock and a Hard Place is book 21 in the DCI Jack Logan series, this series is a good crime series but also quite funny.
The characters are the best part of the series, so I urge you to read the series in order – starting with A Litter of Bones.
This one seemed a little more series than some of the previous books – so not as many laughs.
Good plotting and pace ensured that this was a good read.
As always I will now be waiting for the next book.
