It was an absolute joy to receive and as a fan of Judith’s books it obviously flew straight into my hands bypassing the to be read towers.
Three sisters in war time, certainly made me consider ‘Little Women’ whilst reading it.
Lydia, Peggy and Teddy are great characters and I took them straight to my heart with al their ‘adventures’.
There were times of joy, sadness and worry but thoughout the book remained glued to my hands constantly just wanting to read one more chapter.
Very happy to recommend this to all young (and older readers).
Perfect from age 8 upwards.
