Thank you to the publishers for this early review copy of Friends and Traitors by Helen Peters. I fell in love some years back with a previous book by Helen – Anna at War – so it is fair to say that I started this book with the highest of expectations.
Pleased to report that Friends and Traitors is an excellent war time adventure. Nancy is a great character, this is well plotted, completely believable and very tense.
I am very happy to recommend this on to all readers from 8 years upwards. (I really must treat myself to Evie’s Ghost soon.)
Perfect for fans of Emma Carroll.
