Booker Longlisted 2023.

When the booker longlist was announced earlier this week this book was sitting quietly in my to be read towers, so obviously it had to be read asap.
This book is fabulous and whilst it is only my fourth from this years longlist, I would be genuinely surprised if it did not reach the shortlist. I would certainly love to see it shortlisted.
The main character Jamie is just lovely in every way. A book that might teach many of us to think differently and to reflect on how we and others around us treat people.
It is full of love, warmth and passion to succeed.
So if this is lurking in your tbr pile pull it out and read it – if not then I am sorry but I would certainly urge you to pop out to your local book shop and buy a copy.
Absolutely recommended.
