I have had this in my to read pile for months……but I wasn’t convinced about the book so I had been putting off reading it.

That was a mistake!

It took me only one day to read as I simply could not put it down.

This is a non fiction book that claims to read like a thriller – I agree.

However, it is a true eye opener especially given the fact that the dates of the events are very recent.

No matter who you are I urge you to read this book!

Highly recommended.

A true story but as it says on the cover, it reads like a thriller! It is a fascinating insight into the world of finance, crime and politics. Thoroughly enjoyed and definitely recommend!

At first I was a bit of a sceptic reading this book. However, that all changed once I realised how dramatic the events were unfolding chapter by chapter. Mission Impossible and James Bond spy movies became apparent. But on the contrary this book is based on real events and most recently events in London with alleged plutonium poisoning made me shiver. This is definitely a thriller and must read book. The impact of the Sergi Magnitsky law for human rights issue, the issue of red notice, the fight against the Russian legal system is evident throughout this book. It is intriguing and enthralling. I have to admit I cried at the end if this as the bill was read with Sergi’s family present in conference. A truly inspirational book of life working in stocks and shares in Russia.
