Thank you to the publishers for this review copy, cosy crime is not really my go to genre but this had been recommended to me by a few people… it really would be rude not to try it.
So I started at the beginning and I have to say I really enjoyed it. It was a great first book in the series and I would happily read more.
Loved the characters and the gentle way the crime was dealt with as the story unfolded. Very good tension too.
Certainly to be enjoyed with a cup of tea and cake on a Sunday afternoon.
