Before it was announced as a Between The Covers read for BBC2 series 7 I had heard mixed reviews.
I confess I’ve not actually read any Sebastian Faulks before so I can’t compare it to his previous novels.
I found this read to be brilliant! Thought provoking, engaging, well written, brilliantly paced. You could so easily imagine yourself in this family mix and wonder what you would do?
The ending… well I need to discuss the ending but no spoilers here so can you all wriggle along and read it please.
