This is the second in the series and I am assured that I didn’t need to read the first in order to fully appreciate and enjoy the book – I would say this was indeed accurate advice, although I admit that I have now added book one of the series to my wish list as I enjoyed it so much and book 3 isn’t out in the next few weeks.
Good tense plot, certainly keeps your head spinning while you read, engaging characters, current day thriller. I can definitely see why one reviewer compared Brigitte Sharp to Lisbeth Salander (character from The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo).
