I had previously read and enjoyed ‘That Green Eyed Girl’ also by Julie Owen Moylan so obviously I started this second book with high expectations.
Pleased to report that this book is also a great read. Set in London in 1958 you very much feel part of the lives of the ladies in the novel. You feel their every worry and as it ends, you’ll know you could simply just keep on reading about their lives.
Very happy to recommend both Julie’s books on to all.
