This is book 4 in the Grace Archer series which I completely recommend.
A Violent Heart works very well as a standalone read but for best results I would read in order starting with The Art of Death.
Love the Grace Archer character and David masters the tension and pace so well you know you are not putting the book down unless you genuinely have an emergency situation on your hands. Of course now I am left pacing for book 5 in the series.
We start with a murdered woman who had just phoned Grace Archer and you know you are hooked!
Absolutely recommended.
