This book first came to my attention on Between The Covers last year but I wasn’t sure how I felt about it…
Then it was longlisted for the Women’s Prize for fiction 2025 so tipped me over to absolutely need to read this.
Before I started the book I had heard mixed reviews so I wondered if this might me a marmite choice…
Pleased to report that I really enjoyed it, I had feared it might be bonkers but it was actually a really good heart felt read that I think will appeal to many.
