Firstly, I’d like to comment on the fantastic book cover for the published edition, just superb.
I have never read a book quite like this before, certainly unique.
At first, I was slightly worried as I felt I had so many elements of this book sliding around in my head but not really making the required connections with each other… but I was finding the writing and plot addictive so I couldn’t put it down. As I delved further into the book the stray elements in my head all started joining nicely together to a very good ending which left me very happy. I’ve already recommended on to friends as soon as I finished it last night.
I will certainly be watching out for this hitting any prize lists and for future books from this author.
