The DCI Jack Logan series is a good crime series, but also rather funny.
Whilst each crime is self contained you can of course read these in any order you happen upon them.
But for the best character experience I would suggest you read in order – so you need to start with A Litter of Bones.
But be careful these can be a little addictive.
