Thank you to the publishers for this review copy of Dark Waters, which is book 2 in the DI Monica Kennedy series.
Previously loved book 1 – From the Shadows – which was also shown on ITV as The Dark.
Now having read book 2 I may never go to The Highlands of Scotland again!
Tense, gripping, terrifying and so very hard to put down and deal with other tasks.
Very much enjoying the character of DI Monica Kennedy so look forward to the third book – Under The Marsh when it is published early next year.
If any crime thriller readers have not yet read G R Halliday then I certainly recommend you do and if you have a crime thriller fan on your Christmas list then these could be the perfect gift.
Absolutely recommended!
