I have previously read and loved First Act – which is a prequal to this series and Dark Game book 1 has uncovered a new addiction for me.
Deep Fear is book 2 in the DI Kelly Porter series and it is set up in the North West in Cumbria.
This I am pleased to report was another addictive read in this series and absolutely secured in my head that I need to get more of these read.
Absolutely loved it from the very first pages!
It can be read as a standalone very easily but if you have the chance to start from the beginning I would absolutely recommend you do.
I took the first three books on holiday so I am now fully invested in this series and just wished I had taken more of them.
Loving the characters so very much!
