There was no doubt that this would be a brilliant read and I am pleased to report it was a fantastic read for any child age 9 to 12 years.
Jessie of course has a great reputation as a author – especially perhaps for her adult book The Miniaturist.
Jessie has created some fantastic characters, they pull on your heart strings and will make you incredibly protective of them.
Danger and tension throughout ensured these pages turned fast.
Hidden Treasure is a great read for fans of Emma Carroll’s historical novels.
Superb, absolutely recommended.
