This book had been tempting me for a couple of months and I admit I purchased it after watching the funeral.
I wasn’t sure if the read would totally be for me…
It gives us information about his family and upbringing, his priest training and path to being Pope.
I was inspired by the amount of people who he has interacted with in his life and until death actively kept in touch with.
Also there were parts of the book which clearly showed he was prepared to risk so much to save others.
Very happy to recommend.
