
This book is a four week guide to doing what counts.
It suggests you read one chapter each day. I don’t have that discipline so I obviously read it all in one go.
My conclusion is that it will make you stop and reflect if there are things in your life that are over powering you or concerning you.
It is reminder that not everything has to be under control and you should take from life lots of joy and not just continually beat yourself up for things you haven’t yet achieved.
