Thank you to the publishers for this review copy, I think this will certainly divide it’s audience – but would therefore make a good book to discuss with friends or a book group.
A family full of secrets, a village full of secrets.
A traumatic childhood, but who knew what was happening within the family? Did they do anything about it?
Who was involved and how long has it continued for?
A very good debut, well written but obviously given the subject matter it’s uncomfortable reading in places.
