Thank you to the publishers for this review copy, which I confess has been sat in my to be read pile for quite some time.
But then it was announced as part of the Women’s Prize for fiction longlist so it ‘surfaced’!
This is such a gorgeous read, Google found a very special place in my heart from his first mention.
A fabulous novel which very much deserves to make the shortlist for the Women’s Prize for Fiction so I shall keep my fingers tightly crossed for it.
I urge anyone who has not yet read it to ‘splash out’ and get yourself a copy you will not regret it.
Absolutely recommended!
