Thank you to the publishers for this review copy.
Private Revolutions is longlisted for the Women’s Prize for Non Fiction 2025, it looks at four women lives in modern day China.
It is really interesting and informative, an excellent read.
I would love to see it shortlisted next month.
The book looks at many different aspects of life such as the one child rule, the rules about children born outside of marriage, working mothers, children looked after by grandparents, education system and so much more.
There are no wasted words in this book each page is an education.
Certainly recommended.
