Thank you to the publishers for this early review copy, I just had to read it straight away having absolutely loved Little Eyes and Fever Dream (really must purchase Mouthful of Birds).
I find Samanta’s writing to be simply superb she keeps you gripped to her writing and turning the pages long after you should have returned to other tasks.
She always keeps me on my toes as I read, never sure what the next few pages will deliver.
This is an excellent collection of short stories looking at our ordinary domestic lives, I will certainly be recommending this book to all who will listen to me.
Absolutely recommended!
