This is the third in the Michael North series and whilst each book is a standalone story I would still recommend reading them in order if possible.
Killing State is first, Curse the Day is second.
Michael North is a very interesting character, the bullet makes you wonder all the time about his chance of survival in fight situations – should it move etc but also really he is kind of living his second life having had such a lucky escape so perhaps he is even more of a risk taker?
Jude will capture your attention from the first pages and make it incredibly difficult to put the book down before you reach the very end.
Great plotting in this book!
Now without spoilers – let’s just say that the end has left me in a situation where I can only assume that the 4th book will be hand delivered to me by the end of the month!
Very happy to recommend this series on to all crime thriller fans.
