It might be an odd thing to say – but these books are so different from the expectations I had from the covers.
The covers throw me into a darker read than the books actually are. Perhaps this is just me?
The books for me exceeded the expectation I had from the covers. They are a really good crime read, but also with gentle vibes. Quite unique in that way I would say.
Very much like the State Prosecutor Chastity Riley character, looking forward to the next book.
