I am delighted to report that this is a brilliant read, in fact I would say my favourite of her books so far.
A fabulous weave of characters, a sniff of mystery, an isolated island, an artist…
The writing was wonderful, you could easily picture yourself on the island whether the tide was in or out you had the feel of the place.
The local village was accessible when the tide decided, so at times you are entirely cut off, it all sounded quite delightful or did it?
Very happy to recommend to all, it think it will appeal to crime and non crime readers – so wriggle along and pre order it.
