Aoife has absolutely written this so well that you are completely immersed in the time and place of the events.
This is based on an actual murder trial in 1897 and is clearly very well researched.
Great characters, brilliantly plotted.
It will have you on the edge of your seat as you await the verdict but it will also worry you when you consider what could happen.
The letters will truly warm your heart.
It was a delight to read and I am very happy to recommend it on to all.
