This is another book that has sat in my to be read piles for years.
But I quickly grabbed it for a train ride this week so it got a well deserved outing from the waiting pile.
This is a novella set in East Berlin before the fall of the Berlin Wall and it perfectly captures a time and place.
Wonderful characters.
