So Trust has been hitting the headlines, Booker nomination, Pulitzer winner and of course a Waterstones book of the month – so it simply had to be read.
However, I hadn’t heard many reader comments before I started reading it so I wasn’t entirely sure what I was letting myself in for.
So whilst I admit that for me it wasn’t a fast page turner, it was however an excellent read which I will now be happily recommending to many.
I won’t give any spoilers, but I loved the characters and very much enjoyed how the story was constructed.
I think it is fair to say that this is a book I will think about for quite some time.
